All polling places for all voting districts are located in the Hightstown Engine Co. #1 Firehouse located at 140 North Main Street. Parking is located behind the firehouse.
ATTENTION VOTERS!
If your signature has changed since your original voter registration, it is recommended that you re-register to vote so your signature is current and can be matched to the one on your registration when voting. If you have become disabled and can no longer sign your signature when voting, please reach out to the Mercer County Superintendent of Elections Office at 609-989-6750 for further information on your voter registration.

The Registrar of Vital Statistics is responsible for filing and reporting all records of births, deaths and marriages which occur within the Borough. Certified copies of these records can be obtained through the Registrar’s office for a fee of $25.00 for the first copy, $2.00 for each additional copy.

MARRIAGE LICENSES are obtained through the Registrar’s office. Vital Statistic Hours are 9am to 2pm and marriage license applications are accepted by appointment only.
