Deadline Set for Retail Cannabis License Applications (Class 5)
Pursuant to Resolution, 2025-144, the Borough of Hightstown has established October 1, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. as the deadline to submit complete applications for Class 5 retail cannabis licenses. Applications received after this date and time will not be considered.
Following the close of this application period, the Cannabis Advisory Committee will review all timely and complete submissions and provide recommendations to the Borough Council. This deadline applies only to Class 5 retail cannabis establishments. Applications for all other license classes (1, 2, 3, and 4) will continue to be accepted on a rolling basis.
