BOROUGH ADMINISTRATOR – HIGHTSTOWN BOROUGH (Mercer County)
Charming 1.2 square mile Borough with an annual budget of $10 million (general plus water-sewer utility) seeks an experienced full-time experienced Administrator to oversee its day-to-day operations. Position requires a senior level professional with a minimum of 5 years NJ municipal management experience. Successful candidate must be a goal-oriented problem solver with high integrity and must be proficient in finance/budget, labor relations, contract negotiations, human resources, grant writing and redevelopment. Candidate should be community oriented and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly proficient computer skills (experience with Edmunds system is a plus) and the ability to manage multiple assignments on a daily basis.
