ATTN Food Vendors:
TEMPORARY_FOOD_PERMIT EVERYONE MUST submit the application and $35.00 if they are selling ANY food or beverage. The fee is waived for local Non-profit organizations and businesses holding a current Borough of Hightstown food handling license.
Fire Application $42.00 MUST be filed for anyone with an open flame or fueled by a flammable liquid or gas. Things not covered would be electric, sterno, etc. heating devises.
The above applications MUST be submitted, if applicable, with Application Package for package to be considered. Please bring a copy of these completed forms with you on the day of the fair.

10th ANNUAL HIGHTSTOWN FAIR: CELEBRATING COMMUNITIES
Our theme is “Hometown Harvest”
Last year’s crowd of over 10,000 people experienced music on our 5 stages, food, games and activities for children, displays, historical and cultural exhibits, fire and rescue equipment, train, motorcycle and antique car shows, a Ducky Derby, Pedal & Dragon boat rides on picturesque Peddie Lake, pony rides, petting zoo and more! This Year will be even bigger.

Limited electric power is available on a first come basis for additional $10.00 fee

- Vendors’ spaces will be assigned by the event committee. The committee’s decisions are final (Spaces for local businesses will be in front of their downtown location.)
- Vendor Spaces will be assigned as space permits. Once capacity is reached applications will be returned. All late applications will be returned.
- Changing of spaces will not be permitted.
- Set-up and breakdown times will be strictly enforced.
- No displays are to extend beyond the assigned areas as marked (12’X12’).
- Participants must supply their own tables, chairs and display equipment; canopies are advised.
- Entrants shall be responsible for any damage or injury to the vendor, any assistant, or vendor’s property in connection with this event.
- There will be ample parking in designated municipal and private lots. Information will be mailed regarding assigned parking and unloading areas.
- In case of emergency information will be posted on the Hightstown Fair website: http://www.hightstownfair.org/ , sent by email and available on recorded phone message at Borough Hall. (609-490-5100)
- There will be no refunds for cancellation due to inclement weather, late arrival, or any reason beyond Hightstown Harvest Fair control.
